Audia, AudiaSOLO, & AudiaFLEX Firmware Upgrade Procedure

1) Download firmware files from http://www.biamp.com/audia/docsoft.html

(eg: AudiaSOLO_3.301.exe or AudiaFLEX4.301.exe)

2) Find and double click on the file from step 1, then click on Unzip.

3) Ensure you have the latest version of Audia Software by visiting

http://www.biamp.com/audia/docsoft.html.

4) Open Audia software, and then click on Connect to Network icon.

5) After the software is connected to the network, select the device to be upgraded

from the device list, then click on Device Maintenance.

6) Click on Update Firmware, and then select the firmware file extracted

in step 2. By default it is saved in C:\Program Files\Audia\.

7) After the firmware is finished loading, a notification will come up stating that the

device will be reset, click OK. After the reset is complete all three LEDs will be

green. This means that the firmware has been properly loaded.

Congratulations, current firmware is loaded and Audia is ready for use!
